Ndere Safaris

We travelled with Ndere Safaris, run by the Ndere Cultural Centre and the long-established Ndere Troupe. They were most helpful, and it is good to be able to support their wonderful work with local communities and dance, song, theatre and story telling. We stayed at the Ndere Centre, a very peaceful place with good grounds (with many of the birds that are listed for Entebbe Bot Gdns). The Cultural Night, with food and dances from all the main tribal cultures, was a highlight – happens on Sun, Weds and Fri I think. The accommodation is clean and friendly with shared hot showers and washrooms, and there are plans to upgrade it soon.  Their website has contact details, and Annette is the main organiser.
